Maccor, Inc. (“Maccor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Statement describes the information collected through our website at www.maccor.com (the “Site”), how we use it, whom we share it with, and the choices and rights available to you. This Statement applies to the Site only; it does not apply to information collected offline or through our products, sales agreements, or support contracts, which are governed by the applicable agreements.

1. Information You Provide to Us

You can browse the Site without providing any personal information. We collect personal information only when you choose to submit it, for example when you:

• Request a quote or contact our sales team — we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, country, product interests, and the content of your message.
• Submit a service or support ticket — we collect your name, company, contact details, equipment information, and a description of your issue.

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, provide quotes and support, communicate with you about our products and services, and maintain our business records. We do not use this information for automated decision-making or profiling.

2. Information Collected Automatically

Like nearly all websites, our web hosting and security infrastructure automatically logs certain technical information when you visit the Site, including your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to deliver the Site to your browser, maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical problems. It is retained only as long as needed for those purposes.

• Form processing — contact and quote form submissions are transmitted to us through third-party form-handling services, which receive the information you enter along with your IP address in order to deliver your message to us.
• Support ticketing — our support page includes an embedded ticket form provided by a third-party helpdesk service, which receives the information you enter and standard technical data needed to display the form.
• Website infrastructure — our Site is delivered through content delivery and security networks, and some common software libraries are loaded from public content delivery networks. These services receive your IP address and standard browser information as a technical necessity of delivering the Site.
• Analytics — if you accept optional cookies, Google Analytics (provided by Google) receives information about your visit, including your IP address, in order to produce aggregated usage statistics for us. Google processes this information in the United States. This service is not loaded unless and until you consent.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes. We share personal information only: (a) with the service providers described above; (b) with our authorized sales and support representatives in your region, so they can respond to your inquiry; (c) as required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights; or (d) in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition, in which case this Statement would continue to apply to your information.

5. Data Retention

We retain inquiry and support information for as long as needed to respond to you, fulfill any resulting business relationship, and satisfy our legal and record-keeping obligations. Technical log data is retained for a limited period consistent with security and operational needs.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request a copy of it, to request that we correct or delete it, and to not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.

California residents: the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, provides California residents with the rights described above. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months.

Visitors from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and other regions: where applicable law provides similar rights (such as the GDPR), you may exercise them as described below. Our legal bases for processing are the performance of steps you request prior to entering a contract, our legitimate interests in operating the Site and responding to inquiries, and compliance with legal obligations.
